Ftdisk error - Event ID 6

I received this event id in the System Log:

Event Source: ftdisk
Event Type: Error
Event Description: The device \Device\Harddisk0\Ft2 that
is part of a fault tolerance set has failed and will no
longer be used.

what should i do ?
